Food-tech startup Pluckk bolsters growth strategy with Kunwarjeet Grover as Head of Growth

Pluckk, a leading food-tech company in the direct-to-consumer space, specializing in farm-to-fork fresh produce, has recently announced the appointment of Kunwarjeet Grover as their Head of Growth. This announcement was made on Monday.

Grover, in his new position, will be situated in Bengaluru and will directly report to Pratik Gupta, CEO and Co-Founder of Pluckk. His primary responsibilities will revolve around boosting revenue through both online and offline channels, as well as overseeing sales and growth teams.

Prior to joining Pluckk, Grover served at Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer company and the parent company of Mamaearth. In his previous role, he demonstrated his expertise by successfully developing and leading the profit and loss (P/L) operations of the marketplace business. Grover played a pivotal role in driving growth and managing prominent brands such as Mamaearth, The Derma Co., and Bblunt.

Before joining Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd, Grover had established himself through associations with esteemed companies such as Himalaya Herbal Healthcare, CavinKare, Phillips Lightning, and Havells India Ltd. With a rich professional journey spanning over 12 years, he has acquired specialized skills in profit and loss (P/L) management, business development, online vendor management, and business planning/implementation. Grover’s educational background includes the completion of an MBA degree from IBS Hyderabad.
