  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and cashews to the besan mixture and continue to stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  5. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Once it has cooled slightly, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos.
  7. Let the ladoos cool completely and store them in an airtight container.
  8. One Besan Ladoo is approximately 120-140 calories, depending on the size.
